Pork pies

Re: Pork pies

My friend from Yorkshire used to get the best pork pies ever, think they were called Stand pies, they were round about 6 inches wide and ive never had any that can better them. A neighbour here says the best ones are from an English butcher not too far from Iceland La Marina, not sure where though. Would love one tonight with brown sauce, pickled onion and Lays cheese and onion crisp whilst watching TV.

Bells, now in San Isidro, were amongst the worst being devoid of gelatin and full of fresh air.

Essex are the butchers in Lo Marabu

Been there then, wasn't aware they were called Essex, have they changed name recently?

Try the ones that Balwins the bakers sell.
They're in the units by Marquesa golf course. Next to the large restaurant on the roundabout.
