If someone doesn't know the area that well they may not know san luis very well, it doesn't mention a shop name, but " the pool shop San Luis nearly next to the hire shop and xmas shop".
A google search finds a pool shop called the pool people in san luis so perhaps this is the one ?
If it is they don't stock the product the OP was looking for anyway as confirmed by a quick email.
