Does anyone know if I can buy raw milk anywhere in or around QUESADA . Coming over in June for 2 weeks. ( Raw milk is straight from the cow - not treated in any way)

1) do you think I would give ‘unsafe’ milk to my baby?
2) it’s raw milk, straight from the cow so no chemicals, treatments or additives
3) How did babies Survive before ‘treated’ milk was available?

I don't think you have researched it well enough. These days, cows are forced to produce much, much more milk than ever in previous history. The cows are full of antibiotics. I would only have to ask you where you think those antibiotics end up?

Cows are milked endlessly, causing them to get really bad mastitis. The only way to prevent that is by giving them antibiotics.

Just some added info in case you are curious)
Cow milk is for calves, not humans. The only way a cow can give you milk is if her baby is stolen from her. The calf is slaughtered soon after the cow gives birth.

If you are not happy with what I have written here, feel free to delete it, but its absolutely true.

Google Raw milk for babies. It specifically states NOT to feed this milk to babies due to the harmful bacteria in the milk.

As a side issue how old is the baby.

We buy directly from a vegan, free range organic farm. Not a mass produced milk plant. Very different.

Anyway, back to the original question.
Doubt you'd get it around here. There is a place up in Gandia that produces it but it doesn't give any retailers that stock it.

Not banned in the EU but the storage (between 1 and 4 degrees C) plus the use within a maximum of 7 days may put the retailers off a bit.

Plenty of organic and vegan farm producers in the Alicante province but none that say they produce raw milk. One in the Jalon valley which concentrates on organic citrus fruits but nothing about milk.

A couple of similar questions on facebook (and others) just mention the one in Gandia but, again, doesn't give any retailers it supplies to and all other questions come up with Aptamil or Cravendale (which isn't what you are looking for).

Must admit, haven't seen any farms around this area that has cows and don't normally see them until you go well up north of the country.
