seur parcel

hi everyone
any body know how to contact seur parcel service. they attempt to deliver but can't find address now no way to contact them

thanks for reply I try to contact by phone but number not working and I leave email 4 times no reply. I don't where to go. I don't know where is warehouse. I'm live in torrevieja now

I had the same problem with seur 2 weeks ago. They could'nt find my address,emailed address and phone number 3 times .Then they returned it to the sender. Even a seur driver said they're useless. Lol.

Seur are appalling. We once waited in 4 days for them to deliver a parcel - at precisely 16:20 each day, my wife would see their tracking updated to say they'd tried to deliver and we weren't at home. Bunch of liars - we were sat in our house waiting for them to ring the doorbell. We couldn't contact them either - I believe their depot is in Alicante - so I bounced it back to the supplier to sort out and I'd advise anyone else having to deal with Seur's incompetence to do the same thing. At the end of the day, we have no control over which delivery company a supplier uses, yet we end up the victims of their lousy service.
