We buy ours from Hiperber supermarket on the CV 905 , the roundabout before Carrefour and it's a green and yellow building. You'll find the herbs and spices by the fresh veg. If not sure just ask the staff.

the best fresh stuff is off the guy with the spice and herb van on Rojales market on a Thursday , and a quarter of the price of supermarkets, usually straight out the sack off his counter into whatever amount you require, he always has a que ,speaks a little English , but write down in Spanish what you want and quantity and he will oblige, hes always my first call for spices and herbs, failing him theres another guy on same market different stall sells all sorts of herbs and spices ready containered up @1€ per container,he speaks a little English, but everything is labelled up,so you can have a good look.
