Sour cream

Somebody once posted the spanish name and the shop to find it for sour cream…
Can anybody help me???

You can make your own just by adding lemon juice to thick cream.

It also works just as well with single cream

Isn't that just cream with lemon juice? After all, you're not fermenting the cream nor adding the bacterial culture necessary to make sour cream what it is.

And the Aldi stuff must be the best around. Really thick and tasty and probably cheaper than buying cream and adding lemon juice to it. Stick it on taco filling or on a jacket potato and it doesn't run all over the place.
