Spanish Version of Lemsip

Is there a Spanish version of Lemsip? Is it a powder or liquid?Thanks

Analgilasa. Same ingredients as Lemsip. There's also Pharmagrip which has the same ingredients.
Both available from pharmacies. Some pharmacies do stock Lemsip but can be double the cost of the local Spanish ones.

Mine is a spoon of brown sugar mixed in boiling water, add lemon juice, a crushed 1g paracetamol and (optional but nice) a tot of brandy.

Frenedol is a very good cold treatment.
