Why, oh why, do dogs need jumpers, particularly here in Spain? That's why they have coats of their own! I find it ridiculous dressing up dogs and treating them like babies. Much rather see a dog frolicking in mud, the sea or chasing balls than restricted by unecessary clothes.
Let them be dogs, nothing else!

I used to agree with Teppy and Benjy, but I've recently become aware that there are some dog breeds, such as French Bulldogs, that only have a single coat, i.e. they don't have the soft undercoat between their skin and the tougher topcoat that most dogs have, and so it's recommended that these breeds have the additional protection of a waterproof/warm coat for wet/cooler weather.
