Where to buy buttermilk

Hi I am looking to buy some buttermilk for a recipe. So far no luck in Aldi and mercadona. Does anybody have any advice? Thank you

I have now found it in Carreffour.

Tesco in Quesada have it with their yoghurts. If you cant get it I have one here you can have not used and in date

Hi,
I agree with Martin the artist. I always make my own buttermilk using 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to 1 medium cup of milk and leave for 5 mins for the acid to react. Works a treat in every recipe so far. Happy baking :)

I get mine regularly in Carrefour. 1 euro 49 for large bottle.

I’ve never seen it in Carrefour,,is it with the fresh milk,.

Kefir also works for baking in place of buttermilk.

I always get mine in Supervalue/Dialprix in Marquesa centre (beside the milk). It's a really nice quality, and I find gives a better result than making your own from milk and lemon juice (though I sometimes do that too, if needed).
