Where to Buy Glass Noodles?

Where to Buy Glass Noodles?

Postby JustGinger » Fri Oct 29, 2021 10:37 am

Hi all

I'm trying to find some Chinese 'glass' noodles. These are the ones that you fry. They are crispy and used in things like ants on a tree.

I've tried consum, tesco, gama, mas y mas and even big shopping!

Any advice?

Cellophane noodles, or fensi, sometimes called glass noodles, are a type of transparent noodle made from starch and water.
I am sure I have seen these in Aldi or Lidls
