Where to buy Gluten Free

Hi all hope you can help. Where can we buy Gluten free food items in and around Quesada
Any pointers would be appreciated

You'll also see restaurants that have gluten free items on the menu.

Mercadona has lots of gluten free stuff.
I was told the founder had a daughter that was gluten intolerant, so he made sure his stores would supply gluten-free products.

Mercadona is probably the best, they don’t have a gluten-free section as such but any food that is gluten-free is clearly marked. My wife is coeliac and we get most of our shopping there. Other shops do the odd things but not as much, although Aldi do cornflakes in a bag now which are probably the best for taste and texture.

We find Consum has lots of gluten free stuff but you have to hunt for it a bit.

Tesco had a large section but since Brexit it is now quite limited, Carrefour have quite a large section, but as said before Mercadona and Lidl also have a good selection.
