Where to buy kitchenware utensils pots pans etc.

Hi
We are completing on our townhouse in La Fiesta Quesada within the next couple of weeks. Looking for guidance on best place to buy kitchenware utensils,pots pans etc. Also where to buy bedding in and around Quesada. Any suggestions would be welcome as we are new to the area.

Carrefor sell almost anything so have a look there. Yorkshire Linen for Bed Linen etc. Have a look in the Chinese shops for things where quality isn't important. It's amazing what you need when starting out.

I agree with Janjan, Carrefour should be your first port of call for most things, also Al Campo at La Zenia, they have a good selection of most household goods. I disagree on Yorkshire Linens though, I've found SC Discount down the end of Calle de los Arcos to be just as good and a lot cheaper.

The Chinese in Dona Pepa is the best quality Chinese merchandise in my opinion. We bought some good quality towels there last Spring, also mugs and crockery, their cutlery and kitchen stuff is not so good.

I would also go with Carrefour, you might as well pay a few extra euros and get decent equipment rather than the stuff they sell at the chinese shops. Also Yorkshire Linen for bedding, throws, cushions etc

Thanks all for the pointers. We will certainly try Carrefour as recommended to get us started. Then La Zenia for tv etc/ electric goods.

Try Primark as well in La Zenia boulevard they do some really lovely soft furnishings cushions, bedding, pillows etc and Zara Home, Laura Ashley if you don't mind splashing out. Conforama do a good selection as well.

check to see where your nearest euronics is, for your electrical, very prompt with their delivery and installation and take away all their rubbish.

Hi will find out where the euronics store is re tv etc. Primary is always an option for throws and things as my wife keeps telling me. Look forward to all the shopping ahead of us lol. Might even squeeze in time for a beer if all goes well.

I love Jysk very good quality bed linen, throws, cushions, garden furniture etc.it is near the consum and the new Aldi in quesada.. you won't be dissapointed!
