Adding arrows suggestion

Postby Superduper » Wed Apr 01, 2020 12:57 pm

This may already be in existence so please tell me if it is and i have missed it. But, would it be possible to add a forward or backward arrow (or something similar) so one can quickly and easily navigate between the next or previous post in the list? At the moment, if i click on a post, i have to back out of that in order to click on the next in line post. Just thought it would be good to have.

On the iPad in the top left corner is a < chevron, press that and you go right back to the list of messages.

Personally I would rather see a "top of the page" arrow at the side. I always just click on "unread posts" and when you are at the bottom of lots of long threads it takes a while to get back to the options box.

All web browsers, Edge, Chrome, Safari etc have arrows at the top, usually top left. You need to use those. No websites have arrows.

Aren't they for going backwards and forwards through web pages?

The OP asked about going from one thread to the next/previous one.

What you want is probably very easy to do but will be subtly different both between devices and browsers so there is no catchall procedure.

Personally, I’d like a helpful / unhelpful button on posts....
