We have added some more bars, cafes & restaurants to our list. It is taking a while to compile a comprehensive list as there are so many places, but we will get there. We do have a brilliant area and eventually we should have a good list, for information, of all the places to go to eat and drink around us.
Thank you for all the suggestions so far, we are working our way through them. Please continue to let us know of any others in the Quesada area that we may not have thought of by replying to this topic at any time.
Take a look here at what we have up to now on this link:http://www.talkquesada.com/restaurants-cafes-and-bars-in-quesada-maps-menus-photos-addresses-and-contact-details-f80/

Thank you Dot. I haven't yet got around to changing Las Naciones to the new Mexican restaurant but I will asap and it is very helpful to know what it's like. Next time you are there, or passing by, could you take a photo of the menu for us please if possible?... or if anyone else can that will be a great help!

Not in Quesada but just a hop skip & jump away, we brought in the New Year at Restaurante La Herradura in Los Montisinos. What a fabulous night in this old Spanish Hacienda. Moet Chandon on arrival followed by seven courses, each accompanied by its own distinct wine then, of course, 12 grapes and cava at the bells. Dancing to the superb Cuban band Delvis Ramos y su Chocolate Son made the night. What a great place and how they managed such good service with the place so busy was impressive. It was a real United Nations as we had fellow Brits, Spaniards, Swedes and a host of other nationalities around us.

Whatever did you have to pay for that, Don?
As a price comparison, a group of us went to our local, very nice, Italian in the UK this new years eve and the meal was three courses with a glass of Prosecco to start. It was pre-priced at £60 a head which included a disco, dancing and firework display (£60 seemed to be the going rate in all the other restaurants too). All other wine & drinks were extra and the bill came to £85 a head.
The La Herradura sounds lovely Don, we keep meaning to go there, and I would be really interested to know too, what the 7 courses and all those extra's came to.

"The Outback ( I think it was called) next to Banana Tree is now called Smile House. I have only seen it open during the day just now but think it will open at nights as the summer draws closer."
I am just writing up the details to go in our "Restaurants, cafes and bars in Quesada: maps, menus, photos, addresses and contact details" forum.
As Laura says it is next door to the Banana Tree which is in Quesada high street. It used to be the Outback restaurant.
It's not in there yet but you can see all the places, and where they are, so far on this link:

Excellent discussion area but would like to take it further.
Does anyone know of any restaurants which include gluten-free menu items as a matter of course?
The only one I am aware of is Restaurante Alquibla in Algorfa - there must be more.
