Arrived in Rojales with my allowed allocation of 3 months of medication. We are here for 5 months so I need a further 2 months supply. I have my repeat prescription from my UK doctors so do I just go to pharmacy and pay for what I need or do I have to go to a doctor's first?

You can just take your prescription to the pharmacy and pay.

I would go to the pharmacy soon to be sure they can provide you your medication. Please dont wait 3 months until you find out maybe you need to make something before you get them.

I’d check the price as soon as possible. You might find that it’s cheaper to fly back and pick up another prescription from your GP. Also, it’ll maintain a continuity with your GP and, their administration of your drugs.

If you have your EHIC card perhaps you could go to GP here and ask them to prescribe the items for you - it will be much, much cheaper than buying the items direct as the pharmacy.

Medication in general seems cheaper in Spain than in the uk,would you mind telling me what travel insurance company you are with if you are staying for 5 months.
