cheap fuel

San Pedro now has 3 cheap gas stations , only worthwhile if you are going to the airport or nearby .

BE CAREFULL, the station that you all recommend is indeed one of the cheapest BUT I twice had to pay more litres than the litres who fit in my tank!!!!!
So, had to pay for 63 litres while my tank his max capacity is only 60……and the second,time even more 63,45 litres, strange isn’t.

The one at San Luis did not have that problem. And that kind of cheap fuel damage your pomp. Costed me 345€ to have it fixed, ……. You all do what you want but this is my experience.

I do like a bargain as well and I use cheap one time and expensive the next time so it gets mixed.

Just driven to Portugal from Quesada. Petrol here is 186 cents litre. Filled up at new petrol station by Consum in Benijofar before leaving, people were paying cash and not getting any fuel out. Worked fine on card.
Beware of paying cash. Man would not come out to sort it as it was a Sunday, said come back Monday!!

We were in Tenerife 3 weeks ago and petrol was 93 cents/litre.
