Help Bird trapped

I have woken this morning to a bird trapped inside my log burner, it has fallen down the chimney. I know that as soon as I open the door he will be off inside the house. Does anyone know who to call about this or have a telephone number please.

Turn out all the lights, drop the shutters... open the front outside door..

Open the log burner door and the bird will shoot out to the light, and out of the house..

That's what we did in the UK when a bird fell down our chimney - It works they will fly towards the light very fast.

Please don,t forget to bird proof the top of your chimney,in my time I've taken many dead ones out of from behind gas fires
