moving house- residencia change

am moving house soon and would appreciate any advice on what actually has to be changed such as residencia ( green card), health clinic, padron etc. many thanks

If you are moving from one province to another, then you have to change your medical card to the new province, plus register on the padron. If remaining in the same province, then only the padron.
While waiting for your new medical card, you are given a temporary one, and will have to contribute 50% of the cost of medication.
Why you need to renew the medical card, I do not understand, seems just more administration cost. In the UK the National insurance card number was all that you needed when registering at a new clinic, whether a new county or not.

The province is like a county in the UK, and Cuidad Quesada, is in the province of Alicante.

Just moved up from Murcia. So signed on the padron up here, as we are not penionistas we couldn't change our medical cards in Rojales but had to go the INNS in Torrevieja. Got it sorted with the help of our translator but information isn't shared and although we had full sip cards it wasn't a matter of just changing them over!
Tomorrow we are changing car details and driving licence details. And then the final thing is to change our
Residencia. Obviously car insurance will need to be changed. Good luck.
