It can only be good for the area in my opinion just the car parking needs sorting but we all know that!

I can´t see any advantage to the area whatsoever in having a second rate supermarket occupying a concrete monstrosity in a prime location.

Agree ...will look a complete eyesore....unless they maybe clad it somehow.

Just stand on the road into Quesada, from the CV905, then look left, now, that’s an eyesore and, the fact it’s a prime location is probably why it attracted Mas y Mas.
As for the Arches, they only look good on ‘A home in the sun’. And better still if Jasmine is in shot.

Yep, the sign says grand opening on March 15th. Think that might be a bit optimistic but you never know. They can pull out all the stops when they want to.

It depends on which Mas y Mas you have been to. I used to go to one in Alfaz and it definitely wasn't a second rate supermarket. They sold many products which you couldn't buy at the other stores and the fruit and veg was far superior than the Consum in Quesada. Having said that, I don't think there is any need for yet another supermarket and Quesada is bad enough to drive around without having more congestion.

Isn’t there an underground car park being built under Mas y Mas? I thought there was so can’t see it would add to parking issues
