Rubbish in Parque Recorral

Morning all!

Anyone know why the rubbish at Parque Recorral isn't being collected? The Council are usually very good about keeping it clean and tidy, but at the moment last weekend's rubbish is still there, the bins are overflowing and it will quickly become a health hazard unless it's sorted out.

Anyone know who I can contact at the Council to give them a nudge?
