[attachment=0]IMG_20180624_231128.jpg[/attachment,I bought this in Mercadona, and used it to bake a sponge as it's got a raising agent..came out heavier than those I've baked in the UK though...

Iceland do Be Ro and Alison flour a bit pricier though but you know what our getting

Or just buy harina Bizcoche, that is their selfrising flower, much easier....

The Spanish usually add “levadura (Royal)”
plain flour.
