Sugar soap

Can you buy Sugar Soap in Spain, if so what is it called? I want to fit a vinyl sticker on the wall of our tiled bathroom and need to make sure the surface is clean and grease-free.

Also, is there anywhere I can dispose of a litre of ammonia? I bought it by mistake thinking it was bleach but I dont want to use it as it smells lethal.

I've asked as DIY shops, including the big ones, for this and they have not idea what I'm talking about. Even when I explained I wanted it to wash paintwork down, they just shrugged and said paint over it. Not quite what I was after.
However, if you dilute the ammonia by about 20 to 1 (a capful of ammonia to 20 of water) it does the same thing.

Thanks Marcliff, I'll give that a go. Just hope the ammonia doesnt smell too overpowering in that dilution as there isnt a window in the bathroom!
