Hi Yes we know someone who is selling a 3 bed to bath with a pool with offers around 147,000euros if your interested still? It is 10mins walk to the golf course and a rare opportunity for a 3 bedroom as many are 2 bedroom.

Theres a nice 2 bedroom detached villa with private pool at the golf course on www.prohomespain.com . It's a nice corner plot and only €129k. It's cheap at that I'd think.
