Looks as though we may need to see a doctor and wondered if we can go along to Lo Marabu health centre and use a UK Global health insurance card?

Yes and you will need to complete a personal details form. On the basis of that, they may issue you a temporary healthcard valid for a certain amount of time to save you having to fill in the same details every time. You will have to pay for prescriptions, though.
