So many posts on this website, many contradictory. Is there a single source for reliable info? We all seem going round in circles!

I do know that TW have a direct debit facility. If I was in Spain I would walk round to the Suma
office in Rojales and give them the new IBAN number for my direct debits. My question is can this be done via email or over the phone in English and if so what are the contact details?
I know it’s a lot to ask but if it is possible Someone on this forum will know.
Thanks. Allan

You can work out the cost here to see if it makes financial sense. While it say £200 it also is €200

First 2 ATM withdrawals up to £200 / monthFree
ATM withdrawals over £200 / month1.75%
Over 2 ATM withdrawals / month50p / withdrawal

I think you'll find it's £200 as it says on their site. I take out €210 to be on the safe side, but with the current exchange rate you could safely withdraw €220. Never been charged fees (other than from the bank whose ATM you use, because it's not their card - always less than €2 if your card is issued in Spain, but can be more since Brexit for UK issued cards).

That's interesting as it's not what it says on their website. Was your card issued to Spain or UK? Maybe the £200 limit only applies to UK issued cards as it is a sterling limit. I've never tried to withdraw more so as to avoid fees, but maybe I could from what you say. My card is now issued to my Spanish address.

What does it say on the website please

This is what is on the page

6. Get free ATM withdrawals

You can withdraw the following amounts for free every month, depending on where your card is issued. After that, we charge a 2% fee. You can track your limits in the app.
  • Cards issued in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore — 350 AUD/NZD/SGD
  • Cards issued in the UK (all European cards) — 200 GBP or equivalent in your currency
  • Cards issued in the US — 250 USD
If the ATM asks you for a 6-digit PIN, always use your 4-digit PIN as you normally would.
